Nicolle Jackson

After flying the line for a year, family priorities clipped her wings, but all was not lost. Joining the SOC group as a crew scheduler, she quickly moved from scheduler, to supervisor, then onto manager. After successfully implementing an integrated dispatch, crew, and ops system; she moved to CLE to begin a new chapter with CommutAir. In the five years since joining them, Nicolle has again moved up in the ranks from the Manager overseeing crew scheduling, to the Senior manager with crew scheduling, employee travel, and IOE scheduling. In March of 2021, she joined the IT team as the Senior Technical Project Manager leading initiatives to improve efficiency. After again successfully implementing the dispatch software in NOV of 2021, Nicolle’s priority shifted to implementing the new crew and ops system. Seeing the need for leadership within the SOC and for the project to be implemented on time and successfully, she was asked to lead the SOC.
